The central open plan living/dining area is flanked on either side by 2 bedrooms and a bathroom making it ideal for 2 families. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. A 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon coming from Margaret River region in Western Australia. Light, dry and delicate. Unlike many of these blends from Margaret River, it has no residual sugar. And no oak is used. The two varieties are ideally suited to the cooler Karridale climate, and produce lovely generous flavours. The tropical fruit of the Sauvignon gives the bouquet and front palate, while the Semillon adds weight and middle palate complexity. It's great to drink when young, but will soften nicely and develop a "honeyed" character after a few years in the bottle. |

An elegant and very stylish red wine from Frankland River region in Western Australia. Dubbed the “Bordeaux from the Bush” it is a blend of traditional Bordeaux varieties in which cabernet franc and merlot are the dominant components with malbec, cabernet sauvignon and petit verdot playing minor supporting roles. Cabernet-franc-merlot dominant blends are popular with producers on the Right Bank in Bordeaux but Frankland Estate is one of the few Australian producers making this style of wine. Complex and fragrant with dark fruit, red berry, dusty cedar and exotic spice aromas complemented by earthy, tobacco and mocha notes. |

Very perfumed displaying powerful ripe fruit aromas of blackberry, plum, liquorice and spice with nuances of aniseed and smoky vanilla characters. Whilst drinking very well upon release, this wine is capable of cellaring for another 5-6 years. A good match with most meat dishes. |

Selected portions of both varieties have been fermented in new French oak barrels and then blended back to add complexity and longevity. Ready to drink now and can be cellared confidently over several years. Hints of freshly cut grass, bountiful floral aromas, and a spicy background of vanilla and ground nutmeg. Full, rich and flavourful wine with upfront tropical characters, melded with layers of sweet freshly cut grass and asparagus. A spicy influence of ground nutmeg lingers in the background. This long finishing wine is enticing to the last drop. |

The funds raised through Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea contribute to research into the causes of Cancer as well as new and improved treatments.
This year’s target for NSW is $4.8 Million dollars.
